Ask me how tired I am.  That people, even priests who have been the victims of clergy sexual abuse, can not understand that this is really the Church’s shame caused by the hierarchy of the Church itself and therefor is the problem of everyone in the Church.  Evil is the privation of good.  In the case of  this issue are the people who do nothing to help or who say nothing or worse try to quiet the voices that are crying out, are they the privation of good?  I keep thinking about that saying about the Nazi’s coming for a group and not saying anything because they are not that group and eventually the Nazi’s coming for them and no one is left to speak out.
