You know, although no one has said this out loud, the issue goes beyond clergy and sex/sexual contact with minors, which last I looked was against the law, I think this boils down to money and the seeming love of money that the hierarchy seems to obsess over.  Apparently I am wrong about the salvation of souls meaning something.  The first commandment doesn’t seem to mean anything either.  God has become second in importance to money.  Woe to you hierarchy for actively doing nothing.  I say actively because it is really very difficult to avoid doing the right thing when you espouse the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Do they not believe?  I keep praying for patience knowing this will be addressed in God’s time not my time.
